Historie
The idea of Oneteam, a e-community for sharing experiences between quality people, was concieved during the later days of the 2001 EMP-TQM summer school near Rome. About fourty people from 14 countries enjoyed working together on several qualitymanagement related topics so much, they decided that this should not end after the summer school.
After having competed heavily against each other, the 7 teams organized one 'grand finale' at the end of the summer school, doing the final presentation as one team.
Oneteam strives to keep that spirit alive.
Goals
Oneteam want to facilitate quality people, professionals, managers and students, in sharing their information, experiences and knowledge thus gaining these on the other hand.
